Open positions on the board
Since our HOA uses a property management company, they manage much of the day-to-day work (collecting dues, paying bills, sending notices, vendor coordination). The board’s key role is oversight—reviewing, approving, and safeguarding the association’s finances and policies.
Vice President
- Attend bi-monthly board meetings.
- Supports the president and steps in when the president is unavailable.
- Assists with oversight of committees or projects.
- Shares leadership duties as needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Can also function as a co-signer on the HOA’s bank account.
Treasurer
- Attend bi-monthly board meetings.
- Reviews monthly financial reports from the management company.
- Help prepare and present the annual budget.
- Monitors’ spending and ensuring expenses are properly approved.
- Acts as a co-signer on the HOA’s bank account.
Board Members/Members at Large
- Attend bi-monthly board meetings.
- Vote on association decisions and policies.
- Represent the homeowners’ interests.
- Lead or assist various projects or initiatives
Volunteer (Flexible)
- Help with website, facebook, and/or newsletters
- Assist with various projects you are interested in.
